Hi everyone! My name is Jess and I'm an instructor from GKR Karate. I look after new student enrolments for classes in and around South and East Auckland.

Our beginner classes are a great introduction to karate training, and can put you on a path to strengthen your mind and body, learn valuable life skills, build your confidence and gain inner security.
GKR Karate has 1200 locations worldwide and there will be a location near you.
We train adults and children ages 5 and up, and classes start from Monday 7th January 2019.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
