Police Training Exercise - Friday 10 May 2019
Police will be training at Bowen House, Bowen Street in Wellington on Friday 10 May 2019.
The training will involve Police officers rappelling down the side of Bowen House.
Members of the public may see this happening from 6pm onwards.
Police would like to reassure the public not to be alarmed, this is a routine exercise and not an emergency event.

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)

How to block interference from an irrelevant poster?
