Vinyasa yoga - Brooklyn Community Center (Yoga with Jenn) - Saturday 10.30 am (60 mins)

Jenn from Brooklyn

Hi there

We will have a yoga class at the Brooklyn Community Center this Saturday morning @ 10.30 am led by a guest instructor Tiff McMillian.

Tiff and I did our training together at PowerLiving (Wellington) in 2016. Tiff has a lovely, gentle instructor style/yoga practice and extends this knowledge to her students. This will be a gentle, but strong practice and guaranteed to get you moving.

Classes will continue Saturday mornings for the following dates listed below:

1, 8 (class to be hosted in Central Park/weather dependent - update to be provided next Wednesday),15 and 22 December 2018
(8 December 2018 - Brooklyn Community Market).

(Classes will continue on a regular basis with the exception of holidays).

2019 Schedule to be confirmed (extending to 75 min class).

Parking available in the community center car park.

(Just a gentle note, Tiff will be teaching a class at Aro Valley Community Center on Saturday 1 December at 9 am).

If you have any questions, please feel free to email me directly. Updates will also be listed on face book (Blue Ocean Yoga).

All levels welcome, $5 drop in. Please bring your mat!

Look forward to seeing you there.

Kind regards
Jenn

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
Do you think NZ should follow suit? Vote in our poll and share your thoughts below.

Ruth from Aro Valley

Can anyone give advice on how to do this? I have already reported the interference to the neighbourly team.
