RANGIORA SUNDAY MARKET.
The next RANGIORA SUNDAY MARKET is on the 18th of November. The market has grown far beyond what we had anticipated. We are not able to take any further bookings for stalls as we are running out of room. To be able to fit in the stall holders that we have we ask that ALL stall holders try and reduce their foot print / space. Get up close to each other and be really friendly, after all it is supposed to be a friendly happy market. We will be trying a new idea in the placing of stalls on the 18th November so please help, cooperation from all stall holders will be very much appreciated. We may also have to have another meeting with council to see how we can grow a little. I have to say that we have had some really great feed back from visitors to the market as well as from stall holders. The market is organised by the North Canterbury Model Railway Club Inc.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
