Bins
I see a notice that the TCC is starting the bin roll out in March, the commissioners should stop this immediately as there is 165000 bins to deliver to 55000 households and the cost to a bankrupt city is enormous.
It’s absolute folly to continue with this and It should be reined in straight away.
