What the average sleep cycle for an adult?

On an average an adult should have a well rested sleep of 7-9 hours. An uncomfortable mattress, sleeping position, and even excessive use of blue light before bed can be the cause of an unhealthy sleep cycle.

Walk around the Mount on Tuesdays
