Practice mindfulness meditation in a peaceful retreat environment. A perfect beginners retreat: You will learn what is mindfulness, practice meditation, walking meditation and have the chance to ask questions.

A great way to find peace and a sense of space in your busy life. Anyone can join us, you don't need experience or to be Buddhist to gain a sense of peace and relaxation from mindfulness, it is for everyone.

Cost: $40 including class materials and a delicious vegetarian lunch.
