Blitz Chess at Kapiti Chess Club
Kapiti Chess club is holding a Blitz chess night on Tuesday 2nd April, which is open to non members, including school students.
The event is free and is a good opportunity for chess players of all levels and prospective new members to come along to the Club and experience chess in its most dynamic format.
Blitz chess is speed chess in which each player has 3 minutes, plus 2 seconds additional time per move. Every player is guaranteed 6 games against opponents of all ages and standards.
The event commences at 7.30pm, and the venue is the Salvation Army (lower) Hall, Bluegum Rd, Paraparaumu.
