Want to run with others early on week day mornings? Running Fit starts the week of 12 February. 7-week programme at Tawa (Mon & Thurs 6am to 7am) or Khandallah (Mon & Wed 6.15am to 7.15am). Early bird rate of $100 if you sign up by 5 February. First week will be an easier week as it leads into Round the Bays. Spread the word - new members welcome. You don't have to be fast!
