Root Canal Traeatment
The root canal system if bacteria get into the nerve chamber from tooth decay will die usually painfully and an abscess will form if left untreated. This is not always a signal to extract the tooth we can do so but in many instances there is enough tooth material to restore with a cosmetic dental crown. The root canal or endodontic procedure is done under rubber dam to keep the patients saliva and the bacteria out of the tooth while the canal system is cleaned and, shaped sterilised then filled with rubber and a cement sealer.
