Why hasn't anyone commented on this blokes ideas? They make sense and really lays down the way NPDC should think... except for their hidden agendas and pet projects that will pump their egos of course. Well done Mr Brown, I appreciated your ideas and thoughts, though, through media control, they won't even make the Weekender ...
