How to Tell if Your Mattress is Causing You Back Pain
When back pain strikes unexpectedly, it may be both annoying and confusing. What is causing your back discomfort if you haven't made any changes to your normal routine?
The solution might be in your mattress. There are several red flags to check for to determine whether your mattress is to fault. The first indicator is when you have a backache.
