Plastic Nelson Mail Bags

Barry from Stoke

With all the comment about plastic and some retailers now banning the use of plastic bags I wonder when we will see our paper stop coming in a plastic bag. We are now using our own bags for groceries but a bit difficult to do this for our paper! These bags are now our main amount of soft plastic rubbish .Its called Nelson Mail but it comes in a thick plastic bag that is too tough to open without a knife, and to my mind, why not put it in the Mailbox like they used to and save the planet and the expense. There response will probably be that its not feasible to do this when the delivery is from a car.Tough titty , bring the paper boys back as it used to be and save the planet again.

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

This Wednesday, we are having another Neighbourly Q&A session. This time with John Bracewell from Crewcut.
