Tenants for Rental Property

Chris Neighbourly Lead from Tamatea

Hello Neighbors,
I have just gone through the process of Renting my previous family home.
After three days of my house being advertised, I had more than a dozen applicants. After that I closed the add off.
There are some wonderful people out there looking for homes. Through no fault of there own, in very urgent need of a roof over their families heads.
Regrettable, I only have one house to Rent.
These applicants range from, working single people to families of Mum, Dad and Two, Three, Four and Five children.
If anyone reading this, has a Rental Property and need some New Tenants or knows of someone in the need of New Tenants, or a Boarder Please give a PM and I can at least hand you on some names.
There is a GREAT NEED out there at the moment!
Thank you for at least Reading my Post.
Kind Regards, to you all.

Suellen’s sweet Christmas tradition

Princess Alexandra Retirement Village

The festive season is always a great excuse to indulge your sweet tooth, and this time of year poses the perfect opportunity to bring a real showstopper to the Christmas table.

For Suellen’s family, that showstopper is Croquembouche, an impressive tower of cream puffs bound together with spun sugar that is popular at weddings in France and Italy.

What began as a birthday treat at a local French café has become a cherished Christmas tradition for Suellen and her 17-year-old twin granddaughters, Ellie and Sadie. Every year, the trio gather in Suellen’s apartment at William Sanders Village to cook this festive dessert - a holiday highlight they all treasure.
