More 'affordable' homes for Lower Hutt
Hi neighbours,
A mixture of state homes and "affordable" KiwiBuild homes are finally coming to Lower Hutt.
About thirty affordable homes and 123 for social housing are planned for Epuni in Lower Hutt, with the design including one and two bedroom apartments and two to five bedroom houses. To read more about the plans, click here.
