Helmets for Lime Scooters
Here in Lower Hutt the council have brought the lime scooters out for people to use. However they have not supplied the helmets to go with them like the Dunedin City Council have. In this day and age with Health and Safety a must then the council should be supplying helmets. If you are not wearing a helmet and have an accident and helmets have been supplied then it is your own fault. Come on Hutt City Council supply the helmets so riders are complying with Health and Safety.
