Come along & try Pickleball at Meeanee Hall this Weds (8th March) from 6pm to 9pm for 4 weeks

Steve from Karamu - Waipatu

We have been offered the Meannee Badminton Hall on Wednesdays from 6pm - 9pm for a 4 week period, from 8th March (2 days from now!!) so have decided to take the offer and create the opportunity to grow pickleball in the Bay. Although it clashes with our normal Wednesday play at Sylvan Park, being an evening time slot, it is an opportunity for working folk and also Napier based players who may not wish to travel to Hastings to come along. Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the world so bring friends, family, neighbours or workmates along to try what you have been talking about all this time. It will be open to everyone no matter what experience or level as we can provide lessons/tuition for all who want it. Gear is provided, please wear non marking sports shoes. Cost is $5 for the 3 hour session.

To secure your electric garage doors

Julie Neighbourly Lead from Havelock North

Pull the cord in the control box, either on the side of the door or the middle of your roof at the end of the control arm, then manually pull your door down. Push the bars on the inside of the doors across and into the holes in the side bracket, use a bolt, pin or padlock to secure them in place.
