EarthDiverse: drop in Mindfulness Meditation sessions in the Hamilton CBD

Kia ora! Busy work day in the Hamilton CBD? Feeling stressed out and need a quick recharge? Come join EarthDiverse for its regular drop-in Mindfulness Meditation sessions each Wednesday from 1:00-2:00pm on a drop-in basis each week during school terms. Come when you can and no prior registration is needed. These sessions are offered for a koha each time you come. Sessions begin now and are offered each Term and continue through to the last session this year on Wed 6 December.

EarthDiverse is located at 401 Anglesea Street, 1st Floor, entrance on the left side of the building. Hope to see you for a stress-break soon!
