Sadly on April 17, 2023, Shane left this world far too soon. Much loved and missed step-son of Sarah Randle and her partner Andy Ellis, step-brother to Imogen. Passed away peacefully on 21 April 2023 at Rossendale Care Home, Hamilton, aged 71 years, with his sister Liz at his side. Very dearly loved eldest son of Jean and the late Clarrie, and treasured and highly respected and admired brother of Mary and the late John Holt; John and Judy (Melbourne); Liz; Brian and Lauren; Ross and Vicki (Whangarei); Ken and Pearl; Peter; David and Melanie; and Julie. Very peacefully on 21 April 2023 at Aparangi Care Centre, Te Kauwhata, with family at his side, aged 87 years. Beloved husband of June for 62 years. Treasured dad of Bill and Joanne, Sally and Justin, Jon and Rhonda, Michael and Samantha, and Annabel and Lance. Adored grandad and great-grandad to his many grand and great-grandchildren in both New Zealand and Australia.
