Meet Kairos: The food rescue offering a ‘hand up’
Hi neighbours.
Christchurch's food rescue charity, Kairos, has been thrust into the spotlight following the closure of Foodbank Canterbury.
They open their doors twice a week to help those struggling to feed their whānau more than the basics.
It’s “a hand up, not a hand out”, says Stuart Ennor (pictured), general manager of Kairos Trust.
