My name is Kelly He, I am a professional and experienced real estate agent work for Bayleys Canterbury. I have more than ten years experience and I can speak both English and Chinese fluently. I am focuses on serving the real estate needs of home buyers and sellers in Parklands and Burwood Area.
Property value in Parklands and Burwood have been doing really well recently, the market is looking very buoyant.
As a Parklands resident myself, this is very pleasing.
Other residents I have spoken too are curious to know their property has fared. Some are interested in selling their property sometime near future. Not for many others just a case of staying up to date with what their most valuable asset is like to be worth.

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
