New Group 'Plant-based Foodies'

Hello, I've started a new group for people who enjoy a largely plant-based diet to join and share ideas, recipes, events.

Im an Ex NZ Army soldier, trained as a Chef.. I cook and cater to any diet, but a big believer in encouraging majority plant-based meals. My own diet is pescatarian, but I prefer to get most my nutrients from plant sources.

My top 3 cuisines include: Italian, Indian and Middle Eastern... or basically any cuisine which includes a flat bread and vege dishes

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
