Being happier takes daily practice..
Just as being unhappy is normal-being happier in life is also normal- yet it takes practice- its a daily thing...at times being unhappy seems easier..So stop n take a break, sure, but never give up..if you plant a tree- you dont expect it to shade or harvest for you then and there..you give it time..it takes time to recover, rebuild, or remaster oneself. and oh wow, how strong and wise, and peaceful it can be!
Your personal growth is in your lifes results, based on your life in evolutionary movement to celebrate and witness. Happiness is not a goal.. Happiness is something you do daily..by choice.as your very own precious life journey.
And remember we are all in this together.

Nice lunch and good price.
Many people are quick to moan and complain.
This is the opposite.
I was thinking of getting KFC for lunch yesterday, but thought I would try something a little better.
So, i popped into "The Sultans Boofiya Kitchen" at 308 Queen Street, Masterton.
For $13 I got a lunchtime special of curry ( my choice was Rogan Josh ), fried rice, a big naan bread and a drink.
Got it home and dare i say, it was perfect.
I actually had enough ( for me ) for two meals.
The quality and taste were excellent and I think the value was outstanding.
The staff were also very friendly.
I think their menu is very good and is not all Indian cuisine, so a bit of variety for everyone.
I encourage you all to check them out.
