Landlord unlawfully enters tenant's home three times
Hi neighbours, a landlord unlawfully entered her tenant's home three times while he was in hospital. While the tenant was away from his Henderson rental, she opened all the windows and doors because she thought it smelt. This was taken to the tenancy tribunal and the landlord was ordered to pay her tenant $740.52. What do you think about this?
