If anyone is looking or know someone wanting a 1 bed flat in St Heliers Bay Road, please contact me fir details. I urgentky need someone to take over my lease, as moving from Auckland. Rent is 380 a week, with covered parking. Suitable single or couple. No children, but pets. Available 1 Dec 23.
