Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.

When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?

Ginger and White Stray Cat

Dawnie from Mount Wellington

This cat has been coming around regularly to our home on Ellerslie Panmure Highway Highway (opposite side of and close to Z petrol station near barrack road) since June of this year.

Please contact me if this is your cat. We will be getting in touch with cat rescue place as we recently found out "he" is actually a "she" cat and is getting attacked by the male cats in the area. We also think she may have had kittens somewhere but don't know where.
