Leasehold properties
Are you an owner of a leasehold property, or do you know of anyone who is, where the owner of your lease is St Johns College Trust Board or Wilshire Group?
If so, then, like me, you may have had an inspection of your property late last year by Prendos Ltd and received a report on this inspection last week.

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
