Streets4Everyone coming your way
Keep an eye out for some temporary changes on Point England Streets. New signs, seats, and planter boxes are all part of the Streets4Everyone programme centred around Anderson Ave. And we’re keen to hear what you think. We’re working to make Tāmaki a better place to live – more fun for kids to play, safer, and to celebrate what makes our area special.
From March, come check out the changes – and tell us what you think. Your feedback is a key part in figuring out if any of the changes become permanent.
If you’ve got questions or you’d like to help with setting up the trial, email: streets4everyone@tamakiregeneration.co.nz and visit Streets4Everyone

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
