Noise

Hi Everyone!
For those living near Ellerslie/Mt Wellington, I am curious to know if anyone else can hear the same noise and/or knows what that noise is. We hear it mostly at night time as we are at work during the week. It sounds like something being pulled up on a pulley system!

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
