I am looking to buy a modern low maintenance house / townhouse on a smallish section. Minimum 3 br 2 bathroom.
Should be in city fringe suburbs, Mt Eden, Epsom, Remuera, Westmere, etc
If you know of anyone thinking of selling, we are ready to buy.
