There are many myths and a lot of hype in recent years about mindfulness. As a registered local teacher of mindfulness meditation who is committed to an ethical, research-based approach, I welcome any questions you have.

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?

Does anybody know a place in Auckland which takes possum fur?
Hi, my neighbours
One of my friends just caught a big possum from his garden.
He wants to ask if anybody knows a place to collect possums.
Or what he should do with it.
