Tea's to help you sleep better
On a chilly day, a hot drink may keep you warm, and tea, in particular, can help ease a variety of illnesses.
When you have a sore throat, you could drink tea with honey and lemon, green tea for its antioxidant advantages, or black tea for an energy boost. Herbs like chamomile and peppermint may even aid in the relief of menstrual cramps, muscular cramps, and indigestion.
