Dry July is here whaanau and you could win one of two $50 petrol vouchers by testing your knowledge of Alcohol Harm with our quick quiz on the effects of alcohol to our bodies and also in our communities. Also, you can still challenge yourself to 31 days alcohol free for the month of July but there is also the option of having a Dry(ish) July by choosing 21 or 14 days without alcohol. Luckily self-checkout is being pretty common in supermarkets these days and we generally use it to quickly buy a few things without the long lines. But perhaps it's appropriate to head there with your full trolley to skip the lines?
