“Hi
Thanks for contacting us regarding your delivery issues.
We have escalated that with our distributors Ovato (formerly PMP Distribution) and would expect an improvement with the delivery to your address.
In regards to your question about the Glenfield Library, they area supplied the same amount of copies on each day. On a Tuesday the paper is smaller and so looks like it is less
Thank you for your patience with this matter and apologies for any inconveniences this has caused.
