Pak n Save Glen Innes - Location of interest

Karen from Glendowie

We are a location of interest. If you were shopping in store on:
• Tuesday 21 September between 6.45pm - 8.45pm
Advice from the Ministry of Health (MoH) is that staff and customers are classified as casual contacts. This means anyone in-store at this time should self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms for 14 days. If symptoms develop, get a test and stay at home until you get a negative test result and until 24 hours after symptoms resolve.

Our teams have been working to increased protocols since Tuesday 17th August and all these remain in place, which means the store has been cleaned multiple times throughout the day, has implemented increased sanitisation procedures, physical distancing and mandatory mask wearing for customers and staff. These are all aspects which are designed to keep our team and customers safe.

It's been a challenging time for everyone, we ask you to please bear with the team as they work to meet your needs #bekind #maskup.

We’d like to say ngā mihi nui ki a koutou katoa i tēnei wā to our team, friends and whanau who have pulled together and helped make it possible to keep our doors open, and have stock on shelves for customers.

Poll: Is it rude to take a full trolley to self-checkout?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Luckily self-checkout is being pretty common in supermarkets these days and we generally use it to quickly buy a few things without the long lines. But perhaps it's appropriate to head there with your full trolley to skip the lines?

What are your thoughts? Is that rude?

Share in the comments below if this has ever happened to you.

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

A plane flying from Christchurch to Wellington on Sunday had smoke billowing out of the engine and upon landing, passengers had to open the emergency exit and jump out. Have you had any scary flying experiences?
