I've trained extensively in a variety of marital arts and actively compete in endurance events., completing NZIM 3 times and completed 100 marathons, half marathons and other events.
I believe that good nutrition is available to all. It is not based on exotic foods or supplements which can be expensive, but rather on wholesome everyday foods and produce.
My goal is to enhance the quality of your life by encouraging informed, healthy and enjoyable food choices as part of an active lifestyle.
