About Eve Rudkin Mindfulness

Hi, I am Eve Rudkin BHSc (Psychology), experienced local registered teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. I really enjoy helping people improve their mental wellbeing. The training I offer helps people develop their emotional, psychological and physical wellbeing, such as helping with stress, anxiety, depression, and sleeping problems.

I offer an all-levels restorative session at Meadowbank Community centre on the 3rd Monday of the month at 1.30, I teach an 8-week course for group bookings, which is the original mindfulness course, and custom courses based on that as required.

Doing these courses is the proven way to establish the ongoing benefits of mindfulness, more than an app or a quick intro to mindfulness.
