Helping others
I have made a new website designed to help people find what they need in relation to things in the community.
The site is only a week old but will list charities from all over NZ and as time allows I want to help promote small businesses.
Community Websites is the name. these things start small and will grow to be a big website with links to other sites providing help.
Currently, those needing help with ACC matters or those with disability young and old can find a huge amount of useful links.
Two children's charities are currently listed but plenty of room for more.
Accessible Whangarei is listed this site promotes small businesses in Whangarei.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
Do you think NZ should follow suit? Vote in our poll and share your thoughts below.

84.6% Yes
