Neighbour broke my dining room window

Kevin from Glenbervie

About a few weeks before Christmas my neighbour was mowing his macadamia nut orchard lawn and while he was doing this he decided that it was a good idea to run over the fallen macadamia nuts on the ground with his ride on mower. bad idea!! in doing this he flung a macadamia nut into my dining room window and just missed my 7 year old daughters head.

i approached my neighbour and told him what he had done and he said that he would get onto it .
well... several weeks have passed and my neighbour seems to be avoiding me.
i dont see why i have to pay for damage to my property caused by someone else
what can i do ?

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.

This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.

Do you think this ban is reasonable?
