Richer, creamier and higher in protein than chicken eggs, duck eggsare a great option fo anyone doing paleo or low carb diets! Great for baking, duck eggs are richer with more Albumen making cakes and pastries fluffier and richer.
They contain more vitamins and omega 3 than chicken eggs, are larger, and keep longer.
I have a limited number of freshly laid duck eggs for sale.
They also make a scrummy and really easy eggs benedict (just need a blender, plenty of butter and a dash of vinegar for a bullet proof Benedict sauce), scrambled eggs or fried (try duck egg toast, just cut a hole in the bread with a glass and fry the egg inside the bread)
Laid by my Khaki Campbell free range ducks (known for producing the yummiest eggs). My ducks live in a large free range enclosure alongside my rescued wild mallard and paradise ducks. Funds from the sale of eggs go directly towards paying for their food and care.
You are even welcome to meet them when you collect your eggs!
