Great nutrition, combined with physical activity and good sleep can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases, support a healthy mental state and promote your overall health. An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
