Stay on your feet with our Steady As You Go falls prevention classes
Did you know falls are the most common cause of injury for older people, with a third of people over 65 falling each year? Falls are preventable with exercise! We have a new exercise class starting this week at The Cossie Club. Our SAY Go classes improve:
• balance and leg strength
• flexibility
• general fitness and wellbeing
• and are a great way to meet new people.
