Look out for rates invoice and new rateable value

Social Media Specialist from Wellington City Council

We’re sending rates invoices out this week – payment is due by 1 December. We’re also reviewing the rating values of all properties. This year’s revaluation will be a snapshot of the market as at 1 September 2018. We’ll let property owners know their new rateable values in November. To find out more click here.

Poll: Is it rude to take a full trolley to self-checkout?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Luckily self-checkout is pretty common in supermarkets these days and we generally use it to quickly buy a few things without the long lines. But perhaps it's appropriate to head there with your full trolley to skip the lines?

What are your thoughts? Is that rude?

Share in the comments below if this has ever happened to you.
