Free home energy assessments for all Wellington City Ratepayers
Are your energy bills so high they've got you feeling down? Maybe you're wondering where that draught is coming from or why it's so hard to regulate the temperature inside your home?

The truth is that there are lots of things that contribute to how healthy a home feels, and how well it functions.
That is why Wellington City Council, in partnership with us (Sustainability Trust), offer free personalised home energy plans specific to your home.
The end goal is to arm you with all the info you need to create the healthy home you deserve. We can even check to see if your home is solar or EV ready.
We also offer a behaviour-based home energy assessment for tenants. This assessment helps tenants maintain a healthy home with low energy bills.
