Fish don't ride bikes
Today we recovered 35 street cones, 2 scooters and 2 ONZO bikes from the harbour. Fish don't ride bikes or use scooters, so please stop chucking them in the ocean!
ONZO NZ and Uber/JUMP scooters, and now Flamingo Scooters, have us on board helping them recover their lost bikes and scooters that have ended up in the ocean.
*** PLEASE DON'T *** throw these great public amenities in the water.
Two divers Geoff Miller and Matthius Rolfius joined us to recover all of these items and 4 shore team assisted in the shore recovery - Eddie Van Halen Howard, Stefanos Aslanidis, Chris Fink and William Taankink. This was an incredible cleanup effort in only 70 minutes in the water.
Thanks always to the incredible Alex Humberstone for the music - Alex H his music is second to none.
"Never too late" = track name.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
