The Team from Alexander Turnbull Library

Hear members from the Wellington Tokelauan community talk about their Tokelauan language and culture.
Themes include stories of the birds of Tokelau and promotion of the Tokelauan language to children.

A display of items from the collections of the Alexander Turnbull Library relating to Tokelau will be on show after the presentation.

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)

How to block interference from an irrelevant poster?
