Seeking rental in Tawa

Dyani from Tawa

Hi there, I was lucky enough to find an affordable rental in Tawa through neighbourly and thought we’d try our luck again.

My sister is currently looking for a 3-4 bedroom rental property in Tawa. She’s a single parent of 3 school age children, all attending school in Tawa. Shes currently in fulltime study successfully completing a Bachelors degree in Psychology at Victoria University.

After a year of living at her current property in Tawa with zero improvements to the living conditions, her landlords are upping her rent by $50 a week. So, she is hoping to find another property, even if the cost is a little higher for more suitable living conditions.

Please let us know if you know of anything available 🙏 Thank you

Fireworks

Liam from Tawa

People keep fireworks because they are only legally available for purchase during a 4-day period each year, leading to stockpiling.
