Hearing Panel decision on WIAL East Side Area
In disappointing (but not really unexpected) news the Hearing Panel have recommended that WIAL's Easy Side Area notice be confirmed - i.e. their proposed expansion onto the golf club land has been approved - without any significant additional conditions. We will review the documents some more and advise on what this means to our residents at our next meeting on 8th September

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
