Thyme - Medicinal herb

Thyme is a Mediterranean herb with dietary and medicinal uses. The flowers, leaves, and oil of thyme have been used to treat a range of symptoms and complaints. These include coughs, bronchitis, upper respiratory inflammation, sore throat, colds, upset stomach, diarrhoea, arthritis, infections, mouth ulcers, blood pressure issues, mood boosting …
Use Thyme as a herbal tea, Tincture (Please ask me, I can provide), essential oil, or in cooking:
Tea: Pour a cup of boiling water onto 2 tsp of the dried herb and infuse for l0 minutes. Drink up to 3 timers per day. Tincture: I can supply if no contra-indications. Please ask me. Thyme essential oil: can be used in the bath, or vaporized in an oil burner. It can be added to a massage oil or cream.

Please ask me if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a health condition or are on any medication, if Thyme is not contra-indicated for your situation or condition!
