Drawing for Wellness Workshops
Join us for a DRAW IT OUT drawing for wellness workshop this Sunday (3 March) at Inverlochy Art School. The focus for this workshop is to welcome what lies ahead and feel excited about the unknown.
Over the 90 minute workshop, trained Interactive Drawing facilitator, Lara Phillips, will take you through guided cues (similar to meditation or journaling) to draw out where you are at, draw out how you are feeling, and draw out your own inner guidance.
